More Than 24 Hours Before
If you cancel your consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Within 24 Hours
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation are generally non-refundable, as time has already been reserved specifically for your booking.
Rescheduling
If you're unable to attend, please contact us as early as possible. Where availability allows, we'll work with you to arrange another suitable appointment.
If We Need to Reschedule
If we need to postpone or cancel your consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, you'll be offered either a full refund or a new appointment at no additional cost.
Completed Services
Once a consultation has been completed and the agreed service has been delivered, refunds are generally not available.
Refund processing: Approved refunds are normally returned within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
